Refund policy

Candle Returns

We hope you won't want to return any of our products but if you do, please note that our policy lasts 7 days. Please note that we are a small business, everything is made in small batches by hand, therefore your candle or product may not be perfect in colour, and some changes to scent are expected among batches. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you are still not happy with your purchase, an exchange or refund will be accepted if the item is returned in its original packaging and unused. Please note due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of any of our bath and body products.

Faulty Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if the products are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown we will meet our legal obligations in the country in which the products were purchased.

Change of Mind Returns

Please note there is no returns on signed paperbacks or jewellery unless faulty

If you change your mind about a product you purchased from us, we will refund the purchase price subject to the following conditions:

  1. The items must not be personalised items or jewellery;

  2. Where possible all refunds will be returned to the original forms of payment, otherwise an alternative refund tender will be offered;

  3. Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached);

  4. You may be asked to provide personal details for returns or exchanges. These details will be used for the purpose of processing the return; and

  5. Shipping costs may be refunded on faulty items only if the entire order is being returned and the customer provides proof of the shipping amount.

  6. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost for change of mind returns
